We appreciate your visit and purchase at CapzGifts. Here are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.


When you process your purchase, the order page will display the shipping cost and tax that apply.


Once you receive your order confirmation email, all orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days (not including weekends and holidays). You will get another alert once your order has been dispatched.


The order deadline is 7 pm Time zone in Austin, TX, USA (GMT-6). Orders submitted before the cut-off time will be handled on the same day.


How long does it take to arrive?


All orders are dispatched from our factory in the USA. After shipment, we anticipate delivery occurring within this time frame:


USA - In 2-5 working days


Canada - In 4-7 working days


Western Europe - In 5-7 working days


Australia/NZ - In 5-10 working days.


Rest of the World - In 5-12 working days


These time frames are usual, and occasionally local carrier problems might lead to your item arriving a bit later than this.


I didn't receive my order


Kindly reach out to our support team, referencing your order number from the confirmation email/SMS. We'll assist in locating your order.


➣ Customs, Duties, and Taxes


CapzGifts holds no responsibility for any customs duties and taxes imposed on your order. Any charges applied during or after shipping are the customer's obligation (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


➣ Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


A Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you with your tracking number(s) after your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be operational within 24 hours.
