We have a 30-day re-make policy for items that are defective, and due to the uniqueness of the product, we do not offer return, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a remake. if the item is damaged or not as shown, you can request a remake with pictures included. Please send them to support@capzgifts.com
To be eligible for a remake, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Since the product is unique and the jewelry once touched, the next person can't wear it, we do not offer return for refunds.

➣ Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
➣ How long does it take to arrive?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your pictures of damage. We will have a free remake for you. Refunds for cancellation orders made within 18 hours will be accepted, and the funds will be back on your card within 8-15 business days, depending on the bank. If the return is accepted under any special circumstances, it will be $20 per each return label plus a restocking fee of 20% of the total order amount.
➣ Our Delivery Guaranteed
On special occasions such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's & Father's Day, we strive to ensure a guaranteed delivery date for your orders. If, by any chance, the item(s) fail to reach you by the promised date (as indicated on the product page and/or shipping page), we are committed to refunding 50% of the purchase amount to your credit card for each undelivered item. Additionally, you are not required to return the item(s), and they are yours to keep.
Please note that this Delivery Guarantee applies exclusively to products clearly marked with promotional text on the product page or shipping page indicating "Guaranteed Delivery By...". This guarantee is not applicable on non-statutory holidays.
